Introduction
The Code of Ethics of Karyon Recruitment Services & Consulting defines the principles of professional, fair, and transparent conduct in the provision of recruitment services. It is binding for all employees, collaborators, and partners involved in recruitment processes. It ensures trust between us, our clients, and candidates.
1. Respect for Candidates
We approach all applicants with respect, dignity, and without prejudice.
We provide equal opportunities regardless of gender, age, nationality, race, religion, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic.
Candidate information is shared with clients (partners/employers) only with their explicit consent.
Personal information, CVs, photographs, and contact details of candidates are stored in our internal secure system.
We do not provide personal information to third parties.
2. Expertise and Integrity
We provide services at a high professional standard, in line with current labour market trends and legal regulations.
We provide truthful information to candidates, clients, and partners regarding offered positions, requirements, conditions, and risks.
We do not embellish or manipulate information to close a deal.
We do not poach candidates who are already actively placed by us with one of our partners, nor do we poach their employees.
We do not engage partners who cannot offer candidates adequate pay or suitable, comfortable facilities.
3. Transparency Towards Clients
We clearly communicate the scope of services, cooperation terms, and pricing.
We present only candidates who meet the client’s (partner’s) requirements and are genuinely interested in the position.
We do not conduct any headhunting activities with current clients without their explicit consent.
4. Data Protection and Confidentiality
All personal data of candidates and client information is stored in compliance with GDPR and other applicable laws.
Data is used solely for recruitment purposes and is not shared without proper authorization.
We store and process data securely, ethically, and only for as long as necessary.
5. Conflicts of Interest and Impartiality
We avoid situations where personal interests could conflict with the interests of a client, candidate, or the company.
We maintain impartiality in candidate evaluation and recommend candidates based on their qualifications and motivation, not personal preferences or gain.
6. Responsibility and Ethical Representation
We are aware that we represent both the client (candidate) and the partner – we protect the reputation of both parties.
If we become aware of unethical or illegal conduct on the part of a client or candidate, we act cautiously and professionally, always emphasising ethics.
We do not support discriminatory assignments or unethical job offers.
7. Ethical Culture and Reporting Misconduct
We encourage employees and collaborators to report any violations of this Code.
Reports can be submitted anonymously.
All reports are handled sensitively, fairly, and without delay.
Any violations will be evaluated, assessed, and addressed by a disciplinary committee.
