Chef

Salary: CZK 55,000 per month + free meals.

Start Date: Immediate start – long-term cooperation.

Language Requirements: Czech language is essential.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a chef in a restaurant environment.
Clean criminal record.
Strong knowledge of traditional Czech cuisine, including sauces, soups, and dumplings.
Understanding of food cost control and menu costing.
Experience with stock and inventory management.
Diplomatic and professional approach.
Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team.
Fast-paced working style with excellent attention to detail.
Willingness to learn and develop new skills.

Working Hours:

Short week / long week rota.
09:00 – 22:00.
